Product return and exchange

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my nails or they do not fit me?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

If the sizes did not fit you, you are entitled to exchange the size. * valid on first purchase only.

The size did not fit me

In case of incorrect size, the product can be exchanged under our terms.

If they do not fit A) 1-3 sizes, we will send these specific sizes. B.) If the entire set does not fit, we will exchange the entire order.

So what do I do exactly?

1.Please contact us with your request at info@nailzzes.cz:

- put the order number in the subject - Exchange of Sizes (e.g. #1111 - Exchande of Sizes)

- State whether you need a larger or smaller size by approximately how much (ideally the width in mm) and which nails do not fit (for example: index finger - I need 1mm smaller (12mm)).

2. A) We will make new sizes and finalize replacement via Zásilkovna B) we will create a Complaints Assistant via Zásilkovna so that you can send your order back without paying postage and we will send you a new set in the correct size, also via Zásilkovna.

ATTENTION: The free size exchange can only be applied once on the first purchase.

 

I am not content with the nails and I want to return them

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

Unfortunately, the product, which was custom-made for the customer, cannot be returned due to the unsaleability of the goods. This applies mainly for custom designs, custom sizes and goods with special modifications at the customer's request.


The returned product must be in its original condition and original packaging with the full contents of the order and without signs of usage.

ATTENTION: Products that have been used cannot be returned - for example nails that have already been taped (for hygienic reasons)!

So what do I do exactly?

1.Please contact us with your request at info@nailzzes.cz:

- Put the order number in the subject - Return of Goods (e.g.#1111 - Return of Goods)

- If possible, state the reason for returning the product (this information is for us to be able to improve our services in the future) and the account number where you want us to return the money.

ATTENTION: If you do not contact us in advance by email, we can overlook your return and the processing time will be significantly extended.

2. Prepare the product you want to return:

- Pack the product in the original packaging so that it is protected as much as possible during transport and check that the contents are unused and undamaged.

 3. Find the nearest drop-off location of the shipping company:

 4. We will check the product:

If it corresponds with our conditions for returning the goods (in particular "the product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging with the full contents of the order and without signs of use") we will proceed to reimbursement in a form that corresponds to the selected payment method.
